Terms of Service

Shipping and Handling

       Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75.00! For orders totaling less than $75, our customers will be able to choose which carrier they prefer, USPS or UPS, and will pay the given cost of shipping as determined by the total weight of their order.

     All orders being shipped APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS in a Flat-rate box. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains your tracking number. Unless otherwise requested (at an additional shipping charge), all items will be shipped together once the order is complete.

     At this time, Zoolu! does not accept international orders. All orders shipped to military personnel overseas must be delivered to an APO/FPO address. However, Zoolu! recognizes that not all Americans serving overseas have the luxury of living near a U.S. Military base. If you are living overseas without access to an APO address, please e-mail us at buffy@shopzoolu.com and we will make special arrangements to accommodate your order.

     We are happy to ship to customers residing in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada!  All orders shipped to these zones will be shipped via USPS and will be charged an $8 handling fee.  Large packages (strollers, etc.) are subject to an additional surcharge based on the total cost of shipping.  If a surcharge applies, you will be contacted prior to your order being shipped for payment.

Sales Tax

     All orders shipped to California residents will be subject to applicable local sales tax. All other orders to stateside and to APO/FPO addresses will not be required to pay sales tax.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are interested in returning your product(s), please contact Zoolu! at buffy@shopzoolu.com within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or a store credit, excluding all shipping fees. All items must be returned in “new and unused” condition. All items must be unopened, not used, worn, dirty or washed, with all tags still in place to be considered “new and unused”. If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, a refund will not be granted.

Non-sale items that are in new and unused condition and returned more than 30 days after the purchase date may be returned for store credit only (not including shipping costs).

Merchandise that has been opened, but is in “new and unused” condition may be returned for store credit only.

Store credits will be calculated based on the then lowest sale price in the form of a Coupon Code that will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Store credits will be valid for 60 days after the return has issued.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will not be included in your refund or store credit.

Non-returnable Items

In an effort to ensure the quality of our products, Zoolu! is unable to accept returns for any of the following items: potty seats, bottles, thermometers, pacifiers, lotions, powders, breast pumps, breast pump accessories and undergarments (not limited to, but including Belly Bandit products). In addition, we are unable to accept any returns for personalized products. All sales of the above listed items are final.

Sale Items

All sale purchases are final. No refunds or store credit will be issued for these items.

Gift Items

All gift orders that are returned will be issued store credit only. The credit will be valid for 60 days after the return has been issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded on gift orders.

Return Authorization

Once contacting Zoolu! at buffy@shopzoolu.com, you will be issued a return authorization number to complete your return. All returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your return authorization number. Items must be received in sellable condition, without any damage and returned in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, a refund will not be issued. Any products that are returned without a return authorization number will be refused.

Return Instructions

Returning items at Zoolu! is as easy as 1-2-3! In order to ensure that your return in processed in a timely manner, please follow the instructions below to complete your return.

1)     Contact Zoolu!’s Returns Department at buffy@shopzoolu.com to request a return authorization number. Please clearly print your return authorization number at the top of your order receipt and include this paperwork with your returned products.

2)       Mail the above order receipt and the product(s) you would like to return to the following address:

3)     An e-mail notification will be sent once your package has been received, inspected and processed by Zoolu!’s Returns Department. If you are receiving a store credit, the e-mail will include your Coupon Code for a future purchase at Zoolu! If you are receiving a refund, to ensure customer security, Zoolu! will credit the account/credit card used to complete the order at the time of purchase.  

*Please allow 5-7 business days after Zoolu! receives your product(s) for our Returns Department to receive, inspect and process your return.

Order Status

     Upon receipt of your order and verification of payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the order you placed. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail where you will be provided with a tracking number for your purchase. *Please note: All APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All stateside orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
